David has worked in businesses ranging across several industries, particularly FMCG and consumer electronics. He has worked for everything from start ups to cash cows. He has worked for multinationals and has run his own business. He has worked for privately owned, publicly quoted, private equity backed companies and partnerships. He has worked for British, American and Japanese companies and transacted business in over 60 countries. He has advised many blue chip companies including Asda, Axa, British Airways, BP, Britvic, Corus, EMI, Fujitsu, IBM, GSK, Mitsui, National Grid, Nichols, Reuters, Royal London, SAB Miller, Technicolor, Tesco, World Duty Free. David was Master of The Worshipful Company of Marketors in 2016-7. In 2018 he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Letters by the University of Hertfordshire for Services to Marketing. |
